2. Appointments & Scheduling

• Appointments are available by prior booking only.

• Clients are requested to arrive at least 10 minutes before their scheduled session.

• Any delay in arrival may result in reduced session time.

• The clinic reserves the right to reschedule or cancel sessions if necessary.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

• No refunds will be provided for missed or late-canceled appointments.

• In exceptional medical circumstances, rescheduling may be permitted at the clinic’s discretion.

4. Medical Disclosure

• Clients must disclose all relevant medical conditions, injuries, and medications before treatment.

• The clinic is not responsible for any complications arising from undisclosed health issues.

• Treatment plans are designed based on your medical history and physiotherapist’s assessment.

5. Payments

• All payments must be made in full at the time of service or as per the agreed plan.

• Fees for consultations, therapy sessions, or fitness programs are non-transferable and non-refundable once availed.

6. Use of Facilities

• Please maintain cleanliness and follow staff instructions while using clinic facilities.

• The clinic shall not be responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.

7. Liability

• While every care is taken to ensure client safety, Dr. Shashi’s Physiotherapy and Clinical Fitness will not be liable for injuries, accidents, or medical conditions arising during or after treatment unless caused by proven negligence.

8. Privacy Policy

• Client information, reports, and medical records are kept strictly confidential.

• Data may be used for clinical documentation or internal review but will never be shared without consent.

9. Modifications

The clinic reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be made available at the reception or on the clinic’s official platforms.
